2011 Chevy Equinox 2.4l p0016 and p0017

I was getting codes p0016 and p0017. I have replaced the camshaft position sensor, the crankshaft position sensor, both variable timing actuators, and the spark plugs. It seems to run fine now but the MIL is still coming on with the same codes. Any ideas on where to check next?

did you change the cam solenoids or the actuators?
Solenoids are external on cyl head.

The code suggests a incorrect cam installation, or a solenoid that is shorted and causing cam advancement - did you check for a grounded circuit at solenoids? A solenoid stuck open.
