Replaced the purge valve, its brand new (unless new one is defective)
Still error came back, replaced both the canister as well the canister solenoid
Reset, test drove the car and all was cleared, had a full pass for emission
Start her up in the morning, drove for 5 minutes and engine is back?!
Not it shows a P0451 and P 1450 came back?
All hoses are clean, no cracks, new purge valve new canister, new solenoid, has a capless fuel filler tube though... it seems clean and closes fine it appears.
There was a Ford EVAP recall, it was tested approx 9 months ago, my car was fine at that time.
They said car was clear, no repairs were needed but updated the software
Since then I have issues with the EVAP system
Dealer advised the re-call inspection for my car is closed, all repairs forward are back on me yet before they updated software the car was working perfectly.

I understand you do not want to pay, but determining the issue is needed before deciding warranty* or CPL (customer paid labor).
*there are TSB's BUT we do not know issue.
All the repairs were done based on a diagnostic performed at the dealer, yet I installed the parts to save the additional labour costs (2.6 hours was listed). They recommended to replace them all, I started with the more common purge valve and then completed with solenoid item yet I added the canister as combined it was the lower cost item. Both replacements took me all total 20 minutes.
Will get it back to the dealer
The only other item I should likely check is the voltage to ensure the ECM is providing the proper voltages to the sensors.

Any problems refueling - pump kicking off often?
You do not 'top off' tank when refueling?
might want to look at tank vent valve assy and vent hose/filter.
Will go underneath to check where the line leads and check for a vent valve / filter
Not done that section as yet...
Got to be hiding - not on the top of the tank
And, I'm missing the diagram - repair manual is on order, yes I ordered one.
Gas gauge works perfectly
no problems refueling at all, no kicking off
I generally do not top off, it stops and I'm done is my guideline
Costs $700 plus for the service and part which is excessive in my view yet approved the additional repairs at this point.
