look at a second cat at only 150K? Something is not right.

Do you have a scanner with ability to see live data? Ideally we want to work ALL DTC's, look at FT's MAP, ECT, then observe the pre and postcat o2 sensor voltages.

I often see with cat failures a previous condition that hastened its failure. Codes not addressed or vehicles MODIFIED.

Sorry but the graphing scanner will be the tool of choice for this troubleshoot. BUT I suspect there is more info or details for this vehicle .

TIP: sensors should come from Toyota.
