The interface supports both K and L line diagnostics (up to 250 Kbps), and CAN (at 1Mbps sustained). There is also provision for a voltage programming pin often required for ECU flashing. The firmware for the micro-CAN2 supports various protocols by providing low level support of time sensitive byte and packet exchanges. In addition it supports dynamic data scrambling, and encryption for software activation. The micro-CAN2 firmware is field upgradeable. Packaged in our 1000 series OBDII connector housing they guarantee a proper fit. Only available with a USB to host termination. Custom branding of the µCAN2 is available.
