I HAVE A 2003 CHRYSLER 300 M SPECIAL WITH THE 3.5 FHO AND HAVE REPALCED ALL O 2 SENSORS AND AT TIMES I COME WITH CODE P0420 AND P0430 CAR HAS 153000KM GAS MILEAGE IS THE SAME AND NO LOST OF POWER COULD IT BE THE CATS I HATE TO REPLCE THEM IF IT DOES NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM

It's likely the cats or a required software update to the pcm!
