P0123 truck wont start after it rains?

I own a 2001 dodge ram quadcab 75,000 miles v-8.Every time it rains out, truck turns over but won't start.After 10 or so trys truck starts. ? wiggled throttle body plug ? helped to start it maybe? Took truck to advance auto, code reader comes up P0123 and P0455. Any insight would be gladly appreciated. Jeff Compton what do ya think?

Joined: Tue Jan 10, 2006 2:09 pm Posts: 5465 Location: Orleans Ontario Canada	Take it to a real repair centre and check the forums! That's what I think! Doubt an 02 is causing a no start unless it's shortting the whole ciruit out but it should still start!
