I need somebody to help me out, I drive a 93 model Acura legend, and it has the Check Engine Light ON, any time i remove the battery, it goes off and comes back later and im not too sure if its OBD II compliant, and also I dont know if it has a Diagnostic Connector, I want any body to please help me out on how to detect what is really wrong or why its showing the check engine light.

And lastly, its rpm reading is on 300 most times when it should be 650 +/- 50, how do i correct this or what might be responsible?
I need you guys to pls help me out, this thing is making me go crazy
