ck engne light came on..autozone pulled code and came up with p0446...what is most likely cause? charcoal canister, or vent control solenoid?...car has 140,000 mi..has never been replaced..also should O2 be replaced as maintenance

It's quite likley the cannister is breaking apart internally and is plugging the valves. Check the forums on here under toyota evap faults and you should find similar cases.
