2002 Chevrolet Savanna Van 2500 5.0L engine (I am able to start up the car)

Hi I'm helping my father repair his Chevy and he got a MIL and I scanned it and recieved a P1345 trouble code. I found out it was a Camshaft Position/Crankshift Position Correlation Problem. So far my dad replaced the distributor, air full sensor, temperature sensor, Camshaft sensor, timing chain/gear. There is spark so the distributor is installed correctly. And the MIL lights still show for this problem. Anything would be useful to fix this problem is appreciated.

Also is there a link to installing all of these stuff?

you need a scan tool to resync the distributor to the cam timing
