Check the wiring from the pcm to the cam sensor and check the wiring from the pcm to the crank sensor and see if its broke or shorted or open, if you have checked the wiring and the sensors are good chances that the pcm is bad and when you replace that then you need to have the pcm reprogramed at the dealer
