have a 1997 gmc savanna van with a code P0141 looking for some input as to 79,000 miles 5.7 ltr eng . also showing a P0300 code .

When was the last time a tune up was done?

Also, the post-cat O2 sensor (Bank 1, driver's side) likely needs to be replaced. Before condenming the sensor, check wiring and connections for voltage and ground.
