code p0601 for second time in a week

Joined: Mon Oct 10, 2005 10:41 am Posts: 4 Location: north dallas tx	well this is the second time i have pulled this code p0601,when it happens the car dies and i get a secondary code like p0200.so does this mean i have to replace my pcm.the code is internal control module memory check sum error.any help would be most helpful. thank-you, r swiger
