The transmission on my 2003 Mazda MPV is not shifting at the proper time. The engine speed goes way up but the transmission won't always go into the next gear. I have tried two dealers and one transmission shop. The last dealer I took it to charged me one hour labor to diagnose but then called me saying he wanted to charge an additional two hours to find out the trouble. I took it home thinking I would be better off trading it in but now I would like to know if it would be worth it to fix. trouble codes are PO720 and PO431. Can anyone help? Thanks
