Two days ago, the abs light on my GF's 2006 mazda tribute came on unexpectedly. When I asked her what was happening, she told me that it started on the highway and her 4WD was engaging on its own even though the roads were not slippery. I ran a check on the code with my Actron CP9135 and got no codes. I can not seem to find anything online to remedy this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

A code reader will not read ABS codes only codes in the PCM.
