I have a 2003 Toyota Highlander. A p0141 code came up I purchased a new O2 sensor from Toyota, installed it and the same code is back P0141. Any words of wisdom on what I should try next? I need to renew my tags and can't pass omission testing & get tags with the code on

Are you sure you replaced the right one?

The one I replace is the one Toyota sold me based on the P0141 code. I will call a different Toyota dealer tomorrow and ask them what part number should I order based on the code and see if they try to sell me the same one.

I guess I could have removed the wrong one. Toyota appears to have color code tags on their sensor wires. The drivers side is red and the passenger side sensors have yellow markings on the wire. There is 2 wires on the passenger side marked with yellow like the one Toyota sold me. One is about 5 inch's long & the other about 20 inch's long with a clip attached to hold it to a bracket. the one I removed and replaced was identical with: yellows markings, length (20") & had the clip
