Good Afternoon,

I bought a used 2001 Mazda Tribute in February. Got a used car inspection 3 days later, which revealed that i was missing the rear catilytic converter but no other issues. Took the vehicle to the dealer who argued that it never had a converter but a resinator. Long story short i had them replace the converter that day. Check engine light is now on 5 weeks after they installed the converter.

Went to local Auto Zone for engine licht check. P1450 code was given. Don't know what that means or the possible cause. I don't trust the dealer to give me accurate information.

Can someone please help????

This code has to do with the evap system unable to bleed vacuum after the test is ran.
