p0031 on a '02 impreza wrx

Joined: Thu Aug 03, 2006 6:39 pm Posts: 1	we just replaced the front o2 sensor new from subaru and are still getting a p0031 code- bank 1 sensor 1 heater control circuit low.have done voltage checks and resistance test all within mitchell's specs. any ideas on what i can try next?
