It's on the drivers side upstream, had that same code on the same truck today at work. There's an access panel in the drivers side iiner fender well, The hardest part is getting the connector unplugged from the top of the tranny, My customers truck had 2 broken wires at that connector, the sensor was okay, Pretty common for wiring issues up there, be sure the 02 sensor fuse(s) aren't blown as well. Good luck and keep us postted

Jeff

Hey there
Have been having all sorts of trouble with P0132 code showing up with others. 2001 dodge ram 2500 360 - Have replaced both upstream and downstream sensors and still had P0132. Engine was running very rough - hard on fuel and almost stalling. Would reset ECU by disconnecting positive battery lead - ok for a day and then engine light would come on. Engine light would also come on when raining. Took to dealer and told that the ECU was faulty and required replacement - $800 for a new one? Thought i'd wait on that one.
This posting remided me to check the wiring harness and indeed upon stringent inspection found the lead between pre cat and after cat sensor winded thru the area where emergency brake mechinism went. Emergency brake cable pinched the oxygen sensor wire and caused the whole issue. Probably could have saved some money in the first place by inspection of wires. Really hard to find and a tiny little break. Must have shorted when wet too.
Thanks for the info!
