First of all....i don't know much about cars...and if i am too vague forgive me.

Well....my engine blew in my 2000 isuzu rodeo LS..4wd..96,000 miles) and it was still under warranty. Isuzu replaced it, but after about 2 weeks or so it started bogging down. Took it back to the dealer and they said it was my catalytic converters (not under warranty and $86 for the diagnostics.....thiefs :x )

Got a obdII from autozone to verify and these are codes i recieved.

P0756 Shift Solenoid B Performance or Stock Off
P0157 02 Sensor Circuit Low Voltage (Bank 2 Sensor 2)
P0131 02 Sensor Circuit Low Voltage (Bank I Sensor I)
P0300 Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
P0463 Fuel Level Sensor Circuit High Input
P0461 Fuel Level Sensor Circuit Range/Performance
P0151 02 Sensor Circuit Low Voltage (Bank 2 Sensor I)

Couldn't find what these are below

pi312
pi311

Is there any advice anyone can give me before i go out and buy the catalytic converters? Thanks.

Not sure why your engine would be covered under warranty but not your converters, Most converter warranty's are at least as long if not longer then the engine warranty, some are covered for 10 years, 150 000 miles approx. I doubt your Cats would cause all those codes because they are covering all different types of circuits, systems etc. If I was to guess I'd say you have a wiring issue in the harness around the engine somewhere that was missed or caused by the engine job or else your engine that was installed is used and worn out, carbonned up etc, don't know, when they replaced the engine did they replace the spark plugs? So that's my advice to you is check your owners maual or somewhere similar about the converter warranty. And lastly regardless of your experience at the dealer please find another forum to name call in, alot of people contributing on this website are employed at dealers like myself so save it ! It won't help your cause to yell at us! It seems unusal for your engine to be failled that early, most engine failures are a result of poor maintenance or neglect of cooling systems etc, what's that old slogan for Fram filters "pay me now or pay me later"! Anyway just some things to ponder
