Okay so what's the fuel pressure at? What are the fuel trims? what brand of 02's did you use? How does the car run? Any vaccum leaks? We will try to help you provided you can give us any info.

I'm not sure how to test the fuel pressure? Fuel Trims? Bosch O2 Sensors. The car runs great, kind of touchy for exceleration, and it lags a little on shifting, other than that fine. I;m not sure about vaccum leaks, how do I check that?

Okay so lets start over! Do you know what your codes mean? it means both banks of your engine seem to be running too lean according to the pcm. So look for things that can cause the whole engine not just one bank to be lean.
You can check out alot of how to tests on youtube believe it or not. If you say it runs fine, starts good etc then it likely isn't a map sensor or low fuel pressure although it should always be checked to be sure. I've seen that brand of 02 sensors generate that code in alot of dodges even when the sensor is brand new so you could return them and buy the correct 02 sensors instead of spending alot more time reguessing everything when all it needs is better parts. If you're unsure how to do much further diagnosing or don't have the tools then you may need to take it to a good mechanic who can test those things and record fuel trims, fuel pressure etc!

ok then what brand of O2 sensors should i buy, cuz thats about all Autozone and Checker have. so a possibility would mean take out the engine and go through it (worst case senario) cuz my issue is $$$. don't have a lot of it, and a good mechanic is hard to find

I wouldn't go to the Zone or Checker or Shucks etc because they all carry the same brands. Take your vin number to the dodge dealer and get 2 new upstream 02's or take it and have them scan it and look at the fuel trims, fuel pressure etc and post what they find! You don't have alot of money to be wasting on unnecessary parts either. Better to spend 100 bucks on diagnosis and a hundred on parts then 400 dollars on parts and still not have an idea about the cause!

A true scan tool that shows live data yes! a code reader that saves only freeze frame no not really! There's a HUGE difference between a code reader and a true scanner. Code readers are fine for saving freeze frame data provided it's accurate data and spitting codes. What you want to know is the fuel trims at idle, 2500 rpm in park and at a steady cruise in the transmissions final gear for a few mins!

No need to apologize just let us know what they find so that others can get feedback and guidance from it
