Going to try the gas cap thing. was able to clear the code and the light is off.

What is the next step if the light comes on? Where is the canister it mentions? Where is the 'break' most likely to be?

Check all hoses and vacuum lines from the engine back to the fuel tank for cracks, splits, disconnected, etc.

Follow the diagram located in the engine bay.

Light stayed off the entire trip to work this morning. WooHoo!

I doubt it.

When you cleared the codes you also reset the monitors...it's just a matter of time and the CEL will light up again.
