my code scanner read "foundation brake''. can anybody explain?

sorry. it's on 01 dodge durango with a 4.7, i'm using a solus code scanner, and it said foundation brake, or visa versa. and her abs light was on, we changed the front brakes and rotors and fixed the rear drum breaks because they weren't working. the brakes didn't hit the drum. and we i think it there may be something wrong with the proportioning valve. any ideas now?
