1998 sienna P0125 code

my sienna van just put up a P0125 code....the first time it came up the coolant was low so i refilled and reset code.......it came back with the coolant level ok....when i looked at the freeze data on my reader this is what i got

can anyone explain what all that means?......is it normal?.....or maybe what direction should i go for a repair?
