Location: Mt. Vernon, TX
I pulled codes on a 1999 Dodge Ram 1500 5.9L today and got this generic code:

P0740 - Torque Converter Clutch Solenoid Circuit

I do not have a Dodge shop manual for it, so I do not know the testing procefure for this solenoid. If anyone has this information, please let me know. I like to test items, not just replace them.
