Just got this car and planned to use it for a work car but I am having trouble with Cyl 6 misfire. At first I changed the spark plugs and cables but that didn't help. Also swapped around the coil packs and that didn't help either. I put a compression tester on #4 and #6 and got around 150psi each. I am assuming this is good but not sure... Any Input?

I think you have clogged injector on #6 Cylinder.

Try a bottle of Fuel Injector Cleaner and see if does the trick. Change Fuel Filter if you have not. Test the fuel pressure.
