Change both upstream O2 Sensors.

They're 12 years old and likely worn out.

For the EVAP code (P0442), the cheapest possible fix is to replace the gas cap. However check EVAP hoses from the engine back to the gas tank for cracks, loose connections, etc.

Make sure you get the parts from the dealer as aftermarket parts (in this case) can be suspect.

Cleaning the MAF may not be a bad idea as well. It too likely has 12 years of dirt on it.

Good luck and keep us posted.

Thanks Mohawkmtrs, I replaced the 2- oxygen sensors, cleaned the MAF, also replaced the PCV valve, spark plugs, cleaned the injectors and air filter, to be honest the van rides with more power, I haven't reset the codes but I noticed that the engine light when off by itself and back on after 1 hour or so. I am gonna give a couple days to see is the computer adapts to the changes (what would you suggest?) and then reset the codes. The only thing I did not do was to clean/replace the gas cap.

Thanks again!

Can your code reader/scanner perform an I/M test? Check which monitors are not Complete, OK or Ready.

Also check for any codes...I'm betting the P0442 is still there.

If there are any codes, address them.

If you still need help, repost the code(s) here and we'll help you.

P1151 = HO2S Bank 2 Sensor 1 Insufficient Switching Lean Mean

Did you use Ford O2 Sensors on the replacements (as was recommended)?

Recheck your install on the sensor...if it was a dealer sensor, it's possible you got a defective sensor right out of the box.

Passenger side is Bank 1 (cylinder #s 1-2-3-4 front to back)

Driver's side is Bank 2 (cylinder #s 5-6-7-8 front to back)
