OK, drove to store about 3 miles car ran fine.Came out about 30 min. later. Started car now running rough and check engine light is flashing while driving.Scan shows P0302 (cyl 2 misfire).It has been raining and wet all day.Car ran fine for wife to and from work earlier today.Any ideas or opinions? Thanks Dave

About 15,000 miles ago.It was running smooth when shut off then ran rough as soon as it was restarted 30 min. later.

Hi again,I've got it running smooth again.A buddy told me he had same issue with his 2.4 a couple years ago and has not had further problems since.As bizarre as it sounds all I had to do was loosen the fuel line at the fuel rail and relieve the pressure.I did this and it's back to normal.Hope maybe this tip might help others that are scratching their heads.And I laughed when he told me,I guess you can teach an old dog new tricks.
