 Post subject: 99 gmc suburban codes p0420 and p0430

i got these to codes p0420 and p0430 does this mean i have 2 bad catalytic converters, or do i have something else wrong making these codes come up

Check the O Sensor, the very last one passed the Catalytic converter.

Trace the wires and see if they are broken.
