I have a 1997 Crown Victoria and it has failed the test twice here in Illinois.I have put an EGR valve, 2 O2 sensors, spark plugs and wires, but I still have an O2 sensor Circuit Malfunction(Bank 1 sensor 2-PO136), O2 sensor heater Circuit (Bank 1 Sensor 2-PO141), O2 sensor Heater Circuit (Bank 2 Sensor 2-PO161),EGR Flow Insufficent detect-PO401), EGR flow Excessive Detected-PO402, Cylinder 4 and 5 misfired detected-PO304. How can I resolve this problem? I have spent $300 already.

James

look for a vacuum leak around the intake manifold, quite possible the manifold is blown causing the fuel mixture too be wrong throwing the o2 sesnors out, and I'd bet the dpfe is not flowing right, MAF cleanning and throttle body cleanning not bad idea either

good luck and keep me postted

Jeff

Check that the O2 sensors are getting power and ground for the heater circuits, possible that the pcm heater driver is dead but I doubt it, Which side of the engine did you replace the O2 sensors on ? Did you replace the upstream and downstream?
