A few weeks ago I filled up with a bad tank of gas from some gas station out near my house. The truck died and we discovered that there was a large amount of water in the gas. I siphoned the gas and changed the fuel filter. Gas was added to the truck and it started running really rough. The MIL light started flashing and now currently flashes constantly. The codes P0102, P0300, and two instances of P0440 were found on my scanner. I added HEET, fuel injector cleaner, and octane booster to try and stabilize the gas. I replaced the spark plugs and wires and ran a couple of tanks of gas through it with no improvement in performance. Yesterday, I tried to start my truck and it just turns over and will not crank. It acts as if it isnt getting fuel. I cleaned the MAF, I just replaced my O2 sensors a couple months ago. I found a EVAP line that was broken, and I fixed it and yet the truck still will not start. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. Justin

Change the fuel filter if you have not.

Can you hear the pump turning on when the key is cycled, if not then I'd be betting your fuel pump is damaged from the water! if will pump then wire the relay so that it runs constantly, take the fuel line off the rail and put it into a container and use the fuel pump to pump most of the tank dry, then add some good gas and see if it'll start!
