I have a 03 dodge 1500 4x4 4.7l that is giving the code p0132. ive cleared the code and it still comes on, after replacing the o2 sensors also. dont know what else to do. any help would be greatly appreciated. Truck runs fine. No issues what so ever.

Thanks Chad

Some aftermarket brands of 02 sensors don't have a heater circuit that operates hot enough to satisfy the pcm requirements so the code remains. As well always check all the fuses and wiring etc to the sensor. Are you sure you changed the correct sensor? Was there any oil in the connector? As well some Rams have software updates to the pcm to rectify erroneous 02 codes

The dealer can tell you if the software update applies! What do you mean both 02's ? both sides? up and down? what brand?

I replaced pre and post cat o2 sensors. They are bosch "OEM" O2 sensors. I had somebody tell me that the code p0132 applied more to fuel pressure/system stuff more than O2 sensors.

If it's fuel pressure stuff why only 1 side of the engine? Ru sure you changed the correct side of the engine for the dtc? Again in my opinion and they do vary on here new Bosch doesn't gurantee a succesful repair! but some will argue that they're just as good but other sites that pro techs use like IATN can confirm the difference between OE and Bosch so that's all I'd say is before I'd rip open a harness or order a pcm or chase my tail I'd put MOPAR 02's in it and check for a software update with the dealer!
