97 cadillac catera codes p0140, p0141 and p0161

i have this cadillac with these codes, p0140, p0141, p0161, they are bank 1 and bank 2, sensor 2 on both sides, car has 127000 miles, can you please tell me what i need to do, would i have to replace these sensors? or? please help i have a smog inspection due

First check the fuse(s) and circuit to the O2s.

Can your scanner monitor the O2s?

would this fuse be under the hood, and the scanner only says inc when i check the sensors

You might as well check all fuses, in both under the hood and in the interior of the car.

Either borrow a scanner that will monitor the O2s or have a shop do it.

ok i did what you said, i checked connector to 02 sensors, one was not connected properly and the other one i unplugged it from connector and just kind of cleaned it from inside the harness, i cleared the CEL and its been 2 days, and no more CEL, thanks, I really appreciate the help
