I have a 1997 ford ranger 2.3l. Ive noticed it has started to idle rough and seems to have a very slight miss. I pulled the codes and I come up with the P0113 and P0135. So I go out and buy new upstream o2 sensor and new iat sensor. still no change. I checked the voltage across the pins of the iat connector and came up with 4.6 volts. I know it should be 5 volts but surely .4 volts isnt the problem. Im not sure how to check the o2 sensor connector, dont know reference ranges. could these 2 be causing a rich mix and be giving me my problems . oh yeah it does seem to want to bog or lag at wide open throttle.
