96 Saturn SC 1 SOHC 165k Miles Manual Trans

I get a misfire code during idle which goes away when driving (once i am in 2nd gear or roughly 20+ mph) but not revving the engine while parked.
Here is the odd part; The Code I get is a P0302 but that isn't the cylinder that is misfiring. Cylinder #1 is misfiring while idling. What could cause this?

My thoughts are that some sensors are wired incorrectly or switched but that is just a guess. How does the engine diagnose a specific cylinder misfire on the Saturn motors? Are there individual sensors or is it a timing thing with the O2 Sensor?
I also think the Injector for cylinder #1 is clogged or malfunctioning based on a 2-3 mpg increase in highway mileage and a slight decease in power at low rpms. I am going to go pull that injector now and investigate but any input would be appreciated.

Ru basing your cylinder findings on a scan tool read out or from actual tests like a cylinder cut out test? I've seen some aftermarket scan tools that mislabel which cylinder is which on the monitor but still diagnose with the correct code. Saturns did have a lot of issues with the coil packs if I remember correctly so I'd be checking them before removing injectors? The plugs and wires are good?

I performed a manual cylinder cutout test by pulling one wire at a time. When you pull the plug and the engine doesn't drop its rpm for a sec and run rough, you know you have a misfire in that cylinder. Three different scan tools have all said it was cylinder #2.
I am going to check the coil today and from what I have determined so far, the coil HAS to be the cause due to process of elimination. Switched plugs, same problem. Wires and plugs are both new, checked the gap on all plugs. The only things left are the sensor and the coil pack. I doubt it is the sensor but you never know. My bet is on the coil pack. Its pretty old so it should be replaced anyway.
As far as the cylinder firing order, the sensors were probably installed in the wrong order or got switched somewhere along the line.
