 Post subject: 2000 Mazda MPV - P0174 - System Too Lean Bank 2

Any ideas what this could be?
It looks like this van has around 4 O2 sensors
(mitchell Shows REAR and MIDDLE..but mazda says they dont exist, just 2 on bank 1, 2 on bank 2)
left front left rear
right front right rear
middle and rear (non existant)

Are there any other reasons why Bank 2 may be too lean?

Clean the mass air flow sensor and check the air filter and the vacuum hoses for a leak, fuel pressure
