The trouble codes P0171 and P0130 are displayed in my 2002 Chevy Cavalier. I can't find the MAF sensor and it isn't even listed in the Haynes manual. Can anyone tell me where to find the MAF sensor in my car or how to fix these trouble codes?

Before you go to attempt to solve for the P0171 code first you need to look at the lowest code between the two that you have in which it is the P0130 so that way you can narrow that down

P0130 = O2 Sensor Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 1).

Likely the upstream O2 Sensor is shot.

But before condemning the sensor, check wiring and connections for voltage, ground, etc.

Make sure you use good quality parts.

Thanks for the replies. I changed my fuel filter and that seemed to do the trick!
