Hi - I am getting this service engine soon error code P0138 for my Nissan Xterra. For "bank 1 sensor 2" - anyone can give me any idea what this means? I had a new torque converter installed recently - could it have anything to do with it?

It means there's a problem with either your post-cat O2 sensor, circuit or connection.

It's possible that the sensor/circuit was disturbed during the tranny R&R.

I'd take it back to the shop that did the tranny work.

Good luck and keep us posted.
