The most common thing with misfires that i see is are the spark plugs and the wires and the valves are burned or the cylinders are possibly low on cylinder compression

check the fuel pressure and the compression vacuum leaks leaking injectors possible intake leak fuel filter check egr systems check back pressure for a faulty catalyc converter. It could be running out of fuel that can also be causing the misfire.
