After replacing the old TPS with a new TPS I reset the code and tet again to see if it came up again. Sure enough P0122 showed up. I have checked the voltage and with the throttle closed it reads about .27, which according to the Haynes Auto Repair Manual should be fine. With the throttle wide open it reads about 2.66. If I understand right it should read about 4.something with the throttle wide open. I also checked the gray wire going into the sensor and can't get a reading. If anyone could help I'd really appreciate it.

the gray wire is the 5volt reference from the pcm if you do not have 5 volt on the wire check it directly at the pcm if you have it there then you have a broke wire if not there then you have a bad pcm. be sure to check the black wire also and make sure its a good ground.
