 Post subject: 2000 ford taurus P0306 cylinder misfire

have changed plugs, wires, coil pack, swapped injector and compression test held at 120 for more than 5 min. with adjacent plug removed. warms up rough and has sporadic misfire. cannot detect any vacume hose leaks. could have missed one though. any ideas out there.

Are you sure you're working on the correct cylinder?
