CEL ON. Changed thermostat, ECT sensor. O2s (all four) appear to be reading properly, O2 heaters OK
Any other ideas??

Did you use OE or aftermerket parts? How long does it take to go into closed loop? There is a TSB for the montero about this and it involves PCM reprogram and changing all four O2 sensors not sure if it is all V6 or just the montero.

most parts are aftermarket. All o2's read about .06 to .8 at idle and .08 to .8 at 2500 rpm 65 MPH on scanner
after clearing code, it resets to p0125 within a few miles at 55MPH. Thermostat operates properly. electric radiator fans operate only when car gets about 190 ish. MAF between 5 at idle to 22 at 2500 rpm driven. No other codes.

so you may not have an o2 problem then but a fuel control problem!
