 Post subject: P0455 & P0441 VW Passat 99

ok i guess the titile say it all,
i own a 99 VW Passat GLX V6 2.8L
i went to AutoZone today to check my car with their OBD and it gave me this numbers.
what does it mean ?

You most likely have a broken or disconnected vacuum hose(s) in the EVAP system.

There may be a schematic label either under the hood or in the engine bay outlining the routing of the hoses.

You'll likely have to get under the car and check all hoses.
