as a new member i think that you guys have a great forum here for obd troubleshooting. hopefully someone can help me with a recently triggered cel. my vehicle is a 96 ford ranger, 4l w/125,000 mi. i first read the cel with my code reader and it came up as a P0402 and checked the egr and the connections on the DPFE. cleared the code and was ok for a day then came back as P0401. any help appreciated.

thanks for the comments about our great forum, you have the most common code on the most common brand on here, check the froums for FORd dpfe and egr issues, pretty self explanatory!
