Is P0130 the Front Drivers side O2 Sensor on this vehicle?

Someone told me It maybe the gas I am using. Could this be true?
I also heard it maybe the Catalytic Converter? But I also heard the Catalytic Converter on these Fuel Injected vehicles last a while.

Im trying to save as much as I can so should I just change the 1 O2 sensor or should I do all 2/4 ?

How can i troubleshoot further?

Thanks!
