 Post subject: 99 Buick Regal-P0303 and P0171 codes

I'm totally at a loss. My supercharged '99 Regal is misfiring and storing P0171 and P0303 codes. I've changed all the plugs and wires, the #3 fuel injector, and swapped the coils in the coil pack around to see if the the problem would move to another cylinder. There are no vacuum leaks that I can find. Any thoughts?
