 Post subject: P0442 Code, warranty??

I keep getting a P0442 code, i have a scan tool that allows me to reset the engine light but it keeps coming back. I have a 2005 RX-8 and was wondering if the work on this would be covered by the warranty. It has 30,000 miles and i bought it in 2006 brand new.

I am sure the EVAP has a 5 year warranty mandated by big brother
