I have a 97 jeep wrangler with 107000 miles. i just got it back from the jeep dealer, the replaced the steering box and sensor but a day later i get 2 codes p0171, and p0131. I took it to my exhost shop and the pipe between the cat and muffler where the u-bolt is, is very loose so they will weld it up but my jeep as far as i know doesnt have a MAF (p0171) so that code eludes me, but as for the o2 sensor i am not exactly sure what that code means.

you don't think you're o2 code could be causing the PO171 dtc, if the 02 is stuck lean you could generate that lean code, as well vice versa could happen, a lean problem like a vaccum leak, low fuel pressure etc could cause an 02 code and a lean code! You need to do some diag.

Like Comp said, make sure they didn't accidentally leave a vacuum hose disconnected.
