Vehicle history;

LDP (Leak Detection Pump) was changed out after a P0442 error,
Then the filler neck was replaced after a P455 error (neck rusted out),
Now there is a P0441 Incorrect Purge Flow code (MIL 113).

Do I test the Purge Control Solenoid by putting my hand on it and feeling and/or listening for any clicks when it cycles? Since this code only appeared after the filler neck was replaced and the PCM cleared would disturbing the vent hose and gas tank inlet hose affect any components above the fuel tank?

Others suggested the gas cap, but I question that.

I'd bet the lines hooked up to the ldp are switched!

Why didn't it show up before the filler neck was replaced??
Because of the condition of the filler neck, dropping the tank caused the rust holes to get worse, hence the code going from a 442 to a 445 (small to large leak) after the LDP was replaced.
Of, course he didn't know this at the time as he didn't check the filler neck first. :x

(Hello neighbor :wink: )

It's unusual on that dodge to get a po442 code because of an ldp but it does occur! more often you get a po440 or 441, incorrect purge flow is norammly the LDP so assuming your new one is not defective then anything from a vacum problem to a leak can still throw a purge flow code! You try having a smoke test done to confirm that they're no addt'l leaks but verify that the ldp is connectted properly! As well if your system uses the LDP vent valve check that it will hold vaccum!

Also check the gasoline cap ยก .... Check the lines and vacuum valves near the evap but also far away the evap, follow the evap drawn line between evap and engine, check for broken, clogged. Also it could be that the new gasoline tank neck is fitted bad or defective..... You should want to recheck all the evap sytem...

After I told the mechanic ther error code, he thought that also.
Someone else suggested the lines to the Purge Control Solenoid being reversed as that was checked before the LDP was changed.

Two different dealer service depts' said it isn't the gas cap.
