I have codes P0135, P0300, P0301 and the track control off light is on.
Have 198,XXX. Miles on car installed new bosh plugs 6 months ago, no wires. And is this o2 sensor on the front of the block or the rear? I am hoping that I have a bad o2 and the A/F ratio is causing the misfire.

It should be the front! it's bank 1 upstream so if it's a 2 sensor layout then it's the 02 before the conveter, on a 3 sensor layout for a v engine it would be for bank 1 upstream

I moved the O2 and the code moved as well (ordered new sensor)
also used my scaner and I could see #1 and #4 had missfires so I moved the swaped coils with #3/6 and the miss moved as well so I will order a new coil. thanks for the help.

Not sure if you fixed your problems but make sure you use Irridium Plugs, I used Bosch 2 prongers and had ALL kinds of problems, misfire codes, real misfires, etc. They made all the difference.

I disagree. Although I have had problems with some vehicles when using any type of aftermarket plug(Isuzu), I have never had this problem on any Toyota product ever. With the Isuzu the problem was that the NIppon-denso plugs needed to be used for very sensitive secondary monitors of the computer or a misfire code would be set. If yours was caused by the plugs, Id be interested to know the specifics of your problem.
