Ok so I was getting code: P0430 Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 2)

So I changed the passanger rear oxygen sensor... 7 miles down the road I get my light back on... I pull:

P0141 HO2S Heater Circuit Bank 1 Sensor 2.... The way i'm reading this its the other side??

Does anyone have any clue as to what might be the problem??
thanks!!

Well, to start with replacing a rear o2 sensor in order to fix a catalyst effic. below thresh. code isn't going to work. A failing o2 sensor switches slowly or not at all and a P0430 would indicate a rear o2 sensor that is switching rapidly(indicating a missing or bad catalyst). But that's neither here nor there.
First when you replaced your rear o2 sensor are you sure you replaced the correct one(the one on the opposite side of the engine as cylinder #1)? If you did, then good. If you didn't then possibly a botched installation on Bank 1 could set the code. Could also be a coincidence. To know for sure, make sure you replaced the correct one and go from there.

Thanks for the reply!

I changed the one according to this:
http://www.obd-codes.com/trouble_codes/ ... bank-2.php

But I will look to make sure its opposite the side of cylinder 1 tomorrow..

Back to the orginal code... If its not my O2 sensor, does that mean its the catylic convertor??
